When you visit our website, we automatically collect so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to our server. This data includes:

  • Name and URL of the file accessed

  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL)

  • Operating system of the end device

  • Name of your access provider

This data is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Processing is carried out via the servers of Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel. Wix acts as a hosting provider and processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. An adequate level of data protection exists in accordance with the adequacy decision of the EU Commission (adequacy decision Israel).

4. Use of cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device and contain certain information, e.g.:

  • Login status

  • User behavior on the website

The legal basis for technically necessary cookies is Section 25 (2) TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). For all other cookies, we obtain your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).

If you contact us via the contact form or email, we will process the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, message) to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

The data will be used exclusively for processing the request and will be deleted after the communication has been completed, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.

6. Analysis tools and tracking

This website may use analysis services, e.g.:

  • Wix Analytics – to evaluate user behavior

  • Google Analytics (optional) – if integrated

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Usage data (e.g., pages visited, length of stay) may be transmitted in pseudonymized form to Google servers in the USA. There is an adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, § 25 (1) TTDSG.

7. Use of third-party providers (e.g., Whop.com)

We use the external provider Whop Inc., USA, for the sale of our digital products and the processing of payments. In the context of the order, personal data (name, email address, payment information) may be processed for contract processing and transmitted to Whop.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).
